Aidan Turner

Aidan's passion for construction began at a young age, when he would accompany his father Phil to job sites and ‘help out’ by playing in the dirt and occasionally picking up nails. By the time he was just nine years old, he had already completed his first major build, nailing off a deck.

As he grew older, Aidan's love for building only intensified, and he began his apprenticeship at the age of 15. Today, as a valued member of the Turner Plus team, he works alongside his dad once again - a full-circle moment that is a testament to his dedication and passion for the craft.

Even as a site manager, Aidan isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty - he still occasionally picks up nails, just like he did as a child.
