Qualified Carpenter

We’re looking for a qualified carpenter who shares our same passion to join the team. We’re known for our exceptional workmanship, so the successful applicant will be dedicated, take pride in their work, and share this same passion for the industry.

If you’re looking for a full-time position at a reputable company, then we want to hear from you! While it’s not essential to the role, site management and prior experience would be highly valuable. Key requirements that are essential to the role are attention to detail, a strong sense of pride in your craft, problem-solving skills, the ability to handle challenges that arise on construction sites, and a valid Tasmanian driver’s licence.

Your key responsibilities would be to:

  • execute a range of carpentry tasks efficiently and to the highest standard
  • oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
  • collaborate with the project team to plan and organise work schedules
  • monitor and maintain our standard of workmanship, whilst ensuring all safety standards are met
  • provide guidance and support to fellow team members
  • maintain ongoing subcontractor relationships
